I pretty much stumbled across the savage results when I was trying some new diet manipulations out with a client. Quite simple in it’s excellence really. You train at least three days per week and are going to experience some muscle soreness in the process but nothing that will prevent you from training further in the week.
I’m not into quick fixes as a trainer but this is really if you want to drop some weight before an event, holiday, before Christmas or to make sure you get into that black dress you had your eyes on .
