“October 2010 I started training with Dan. I had tried other methods of strength training with other coaches but nothing had ever worked out. When Dan started out with understanding what I needed rather than telling me what I needed I knew I was going in the right direction. The first session that I did with Dan was a test. This was the first time my strength had been tested. From that point on my strength improved very quickly and the results speak for themselves. 80kg 1RM deadlift to 130kg. 9 pull ups to 19. Over the space of 8 months the results speak for them selves.”
“Having Dan as a coach helped in another aspect of my training. Dan was also making sure my body was loose and injury free. Although I picked up a slight niggle and without him I would not have competed for an entire season. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking towards high performance training and results.”
“Life changing training, motivational and effective. I am delighted with my strength, body shape and had fun with your positive and professional approach. Visible results quickly achieved Dan, can not wait to train with you again! You are a legend!”
12 days on the kick start diet was daunting at first but a challenge. Preparation is key, organized shopping list, suitable lunch box and the support of a trainer. The training sessions were tough not being much of a gym regular but payed of hugely at the end, having the support of Dan throughout the kick start was amazing, the added push was the best decision I have made so far in reaching my fitness goals. Loosing 10.5 inches and 11lbs in 12 days is the best kick start you could ask for! Without Dans support I’m pretty sure I’d still be spending my time wandering around the gym wondering what most of the equipment does!
